We have two spray painting lines that operate under high temperature and low temperature conditions. The annual processing capacity is 3 million units. The high temperature spray line can work under 380℃, and it is mainly used for spraying water-based paint. The low temperature spray line can work under 280℃, and it is generally used for oil painting and primer spraying of water-based paint.

The powder coating producing line is mainly used for powder coating for the surface of the products. The annual processing capacity is 2.5 million units. The coating thickness of powder coating is thicker than that of the spray painting, so the surface effect is fuller.

The application of these surface spraying lines in factories reduces our costs and enables us to efficiently satisfy the different requirements of customers, such as different appearance and colors.

Additionally, all procedures are completed independently, which can protect the products from being scratched or damaged, so that the quality is guaranteed.
