The electric heat pipe uses stainless steel as its shell. The high resistance Ni-Cr/Fe-Cr alloy wires are evenly distributed along the central axis inside. The furnace end is made from aluminum in a one-step die casting process which is simple in structure and light in weight. The furnace end is not easily deformed and will not rust even when burned at high temperatures for a long period of time. The angle of the gas outlet of the distributor, which is used closely with the furnace end, is designed 45°, so that the fire can spray strongly along the angle of 45°, which will mostly enhance the effective contacting area between the flame and the pot. This design will increase the heating speed by 7% ~ 10%, making the combustion quality more stable and increasing the thermal efficiency.
In order to facilitate users to enjoy cooking in the harsh environment, our aluminum furnace end is equipped with an electronic pulse ignition device, which can effectively prevent the burner from having difficulty lighting in high humidity. The total discharge time of the electronic pulse ignition is only 6-15 seconds, and it can ignite liquid fuel directly, such as atomized heavy oil.
